About me
30 years of management experience in medium and large size companies have established my consulting career. Thanks to the positions I have held, beside the solid financial knowledge, I have gained extensive experience in the support functions. My mission is to pass on the significant knowledge and experience I have gained to as many companies as possible.
My role was to gain detailed understanding of the business in a short period of time, to identify where to intervene to achieve better results, to propose process and organizational structure related improvements and being the driver of the necessary changes. I have done all this in different industries and in companies with diverse ownership backgrounds. The diversity of industries, ownership backgrounds and company cultures, besides enriching my experience, helped me to find best practices and most effective solutions, which I widely use in my consulting activities.

Based on my 30 years of experience I can quickly identify the issues and challenges within the company and provide recommendations, coming from real experiences, not just theoretical ones.
I love numbers, they provide objective picture about the status of the company, they help to set targets, and continuously informing us if we are on the right track.
I believe that no company can operate effectively without having the right metrics in place. Having said that numbers themselves are not enough inputs for decision-making. Actions must always be evaluated in the context of available data, processes and the human element.
I have worked in various management teams, and have seen many different operating models. I have a strong opinion on how a good manager should act, how an effective management team should work and have experienced how important it is to have a strategy and well-functioning internal communication for a company.
