Outsourced internal control

This part of our service has been developed based on my experiences as an interim manager at domestic subsidiaries of foreign-owned companies and on the feedback from owners of Hungarian private companies. This service pays particular attention to the proper design of corporate approval and control processes, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises, where these systems are often lacking. Our aim is to contribute to the development and maintenance of a good corporate governance culture, ensure efficient and transparent operations, reduce risks and increase security of ownership.

If, as an owner, you are not involved in the day-to-day management of your company, but you want the good business approach to prevail, contact us, we will find the best solutions to your challenges.
